Include these details

Agency name and signed-in Creative Creatures email.
Integration name and the action that failed.
Approximate date, time, and timezone.
Screenshot of the visible error without passwords, secrets, or tokens.

Zoom connection checks

Confirm the correct Creative Creatures agency is selected and signed in.
Open Integrations and check whether Zoom shows Connected.
If authorization was revoked in Zoom, disconnect Zoom in Creative Creatures and connect it again.
Confirm the connected Zoom user owns the meeting. The integration does not read all users across a Zoom organization.

Security incidents

For suspected unauthorized access, include “Security” in the subject line. Do not email passwords, OAuth codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or bank details.
